Custom plans
Nimble offers two standard plans through the Shopify App Store. Brands that need more get a custom plan: generated for that brand specifically, quoted in writing before any charge, and billed directly by Nimble.
The two standard plans
Both standard plans are subscribed to inside the Nimble app and billed through Shopify's billing system, like any Shopify app subscription.
What a custom plan is
A custom plan is a marketing plan Nimble generates for your brand specifically: which channels it covers, how much it ships each week, and which marketing roles run it. It is for brands whose scope goes beyond the standard plans, for example more channels, higher content volume, paid media management, or retail and PR outreach.
Every custom plan is custom-quoted. You receive the full scope and the monthly price in writing, and nothing starts or gets charged until you accept it.
How custom plans are billed
- Billed directly by Nimble, not through Shopify. Custom plans are a separate agreement between your brand and Nimble. They do not use Shopify's billing system and never appear on your Shopify bill.
- Written quote first. Before a custom plan starts, you receive the scope and the monthly price in writing. You are charged only after you accept.
- Invoice or card on file. Nimble bills custom plans by invoice or by a payment method you keep on file with Nimble.
- Managed in your Nimble account portal. When your custom plan starts, you get access to a Nimble account portal, separate from your Shopify login, where you view invoices and update your payment method.
- Standard plans are unaffected. If your store is on a standard plan, it continues to bill through Shopify. Nothing about it changes.

Do I need a custom plan to use Nimble?
No. Most brands use the standard plans: the Free Deep Audit ($0) or Seed ($99/month), both billed through Shopify. A custom plan is only for brands that need scope beyond them.
Why aren't custom plans billed through Shopify?
Custom plans vary in scope and price per brand and are agreed individually in writing. Billing them directly lets Nimble quote, invoice, and adjust each plan precisely. The two standard plans stay in Shopify billing.
Will a custom plan change my Shopify bill?
No. A custom plan is billed by Nimble and never appears on your Shopify bill. If you also hold a standard plan through Shopify, that subscription is separate and unchanged.
Can I cancel a custom plan?
Yes. Cancellation terms are part of the written quote you accept before the plan starts, and you can always reach us through the contact page to cancel or change a plan.
Where do I manage invoices and payment methods?
In your Nimble account portal, which you get access to when your custom plan starts. It holds your invoices and your payment method, separate from your Shopify login.
