Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free Deep Audit is $0, with no payment method required. It's a complete marketing audit of your store and brand, and it's how most brands start.

How does the Seed trial work?

Seed starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. After the trial, it's $99/month billed through Shopify.

Which plan should I start on?

Start with the Free Deep Audit and see what Nimble finds. When you want the team running daily — SEO content, weekly sales analysis, the embedded dashboard — upgrade to Seed inside the app.

Are there usage limits?

Seed runs on a set cadence: three SEO posts a week plus weekly sales analysis. If you need higher volume or more channels, that's custom-plan territory.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

All store-specific data (brand profile, generated content, learnings) is deleted within 30 days of uninstall. We keep nothing beyond what's legally required. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Can I pause my subscription?

Shopify billing doesn't natively support pause. Uninstall and reinstall is the closest equivalent: your brand profile is deleted on uninstall, so you'd re-scan on reinstall. If you need a pause workflow, contact us and we'll figure something out.

Do I need Shopify Plus? Shopify Advanced?

No. Nimble works on every Shopify plan that supports third-party apps (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Plus).

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Monthly is the bar today. When annual pricing earns its place, we'll add it without changing the per-month value.

We already have a marketing team or agency. Does Nimble still fit?

Yes, and that's the common case. Seed covers the SEO content and sales analysis your team can't get to, without changing who you work with. Broader coverage alongside an agency — more channels, paid media, outreach — is a custom-plan conversation.

Need more than the standard plans?

Nimble generates a custom plan for brands whose scope goes beyond the standard plans: more channels, higher volume, or bespoke coverage. Custom plans are quoted in writing and billed directly by Nimble, not through Shopify billing. See custom plans for how they work and how to register interest.

Enterprise / agency / multi-brand?

Each plan is scoped for a single brand. If you run multiple brands and want one bill for all of them, get in touch and we'll put something together.

Will pricing go up?

If it does, any store already on a plan keeps the price they installed at, for as long as the subscription stays active. Grandfathered pricing is the right thing to do.
